Almost six months after they were supposed to arrive, Council has finally sent me two concept designs for Hampstead Road. The major difference between the two designs is that one has bi-directional protected bike lanes and the other has uni-directional ones.

Council only wanted me to release their preferred version. But I am a big believer in transparency, so I am going to release both designs. I will end up recommending whichever design has the most community support.

I will be releasing the two concept designs at this community meeting. We’ll run through the pros and cons of both designs and there will be an opportunity for group discussion to share your thoughts.
