A new development application has been lodged by Stockwell for a 16-storey residential tower at 33 Vulture Street, West End—on a site zoned for 8 stories. The proposal includes 132 apartments (none of which will be social or affordable housing) and ground-floor retail spaces.

We’ll discuss how this development aligns with the City Plan, what impacts it could have on nearby residents, West End SS, infrastructure, and livability more broadly—and how you can make a formal submission as part of the public consultation process.
